The time zone number can be obtained from

difference from the chart is the east coast of the United States, which is in zone "R"
and is 5 hours west of Greenwich.

"the whole world." Now press the "Search" button and obtain the following result.

The latitude is 49 degrees and 1 minute north and the longitude is 12 degrees and
1 minute east. Now it is time to obtain the sunrise and sunset. Go to

Type in "2005" for the year and Type of Table is "sunrise/sunset". For the Place
Name you can type in any information. So I will type in "Attel, Germany." For the
longitude information, click on "east" and place "12" for degrees and "1"
for minutes. For latitude click on "north" and type in "48" for degrees and "1"
for minutes. Now go to http://aa.usno.navy.mil/faq/docs/world_tzones.html
to determine the time differential from the Greenwich time zone. Attel, Germany
is in zone A and is 1 hour east of the Greenwich time zone. So for Time Zone
place in a value of "1" and click "east of Greenwich". Now click on
"Compute Table". When looking at the table for July 15, the rise time is "0428"
and the set time is "2007". Now lets place these values in the Kabbalistic Program.
