sunrise and sunset will be needed. The data is obtained from the
United States
Naval Observatory Page. The page that is needed can

Go to where it says
Form A - Cities or Towns in the U.S.
Make certain that the "year" is 2005,"Type of Table" is sunrise/sunset, the "State
or Territory" is
Iowa, and the "Place Name" is Manilla. Now press "Compute Table".
If you look at the table it
will have a rise time of "0451" and a set time of "1959" for
July 3. Now that we have the data we can go
to the Kabbalistic program. Enter the
data as follows:
Enter the month:
Click on "July" from the drop down menu
Enter the date (1-31): 3
Enter the year: 2005
Enter the day of the week:
Click on "Sunday" from the drop down menu
Enter the city or town: Manilla
Enter the state or province: IA
Enter the sunrise in decimal form such as 6.23 in 6:23.
Make sure the time is in military and standard time.
Simply put, just enter the time from the U.S. Naval Observatory table
in decimal form. 4.51
Enter the sunset in standard time and decimal form such as 18.47 in 18:47.
Make sure the time is in military time and standard time.
